The countdown continues! We are looking for 250 volunteers to help with LexCelebrate! Incorporation Weekend, March 16 & 17, 2013 – for daytime events and the evening Dance Around the World.

The motto for the weekend is "Discover our roots -- and see how we've grown!" You'll have the opportunity to do just that AND be a part of history in the making. Help for a 2-hour shift, help for longer, help all day - but make sure you also make time to take part in the many exciting events, too.

Community service hours are available for high school students.

Here are some of the things you can do:

Daytime Events:

- Crafts volunteers – 3/16 & 17 help set up

- Ushers and Greeters, 3/16 & 17

- Ticket takers for panels, 3/16 & 17

- Facilitators at the Mass. Memories Road Show, a very special community program, 3/16

Dance Around the World community dance 3/16 (afternoon and evening shifts)

- Setup

- Ticket takers

- Stage hands

- Other
