I notice our Flag in Concord Center at 1/2 mast quite often. Is there some way you at Patch could let the public know the reasons for this. Quite often it is lowered because of a service person has just died or a Natioal observance. Well any way it would be helpfull to all of us in town if perhaps Patch Concord could let us know.
