Kids' Appetite & Attention (KAppA) Study-- looking for children ages 6-11 to participate in a brief research study on eating and mealtime behaviors and parent feeding practices in children with and without Attention-Deficit/
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
We are looking for either:
1. Children with ADHD who are currently not taking ADHD medication (have been off the medication for at least 3 months)
Or
2. Children without ADHD who are typically developing
KAppA Study Details:
1. Initial 15 min phone screen to see if child meets research criteria
2. One study visit (1-1.5 hour) at E.K. Shriver center that consists of the following;
a. Parent's and child's height and weight are measured
b. Parent completes 6 questionnaires while child has the option of playing in the playroom
c. Child and parent will receive compensation for their participation
