An Evening with Mary Robinson: At 7 p.m. tonight at Lexington High School, Lexington Community Education presents "Everybody Matters: An Evening with Mary Robinson," a Presidential Medal of Freedom recepient and voice for human rights. The event is co-sponsored by Lexington Community Education, Back Pages Books and the Brandeis University Heller School Program in Coexistence and Conflict Studies. Pre-registration, using a VISA or MasterCard, is strongly recommended by contacting Lexington Community Education at 781-862-8043.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According ot the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Lexington 300th Anniversary Celebraiton Committee at 12:30 p.m. at Cary Hall, the Transportation Advisory Committee at 2:30 p.m. at Cary Hall, the Board of Selectmen at 7 p.m. at the Town Office Building and the Lexington Council for the Arts at 7 p.m. at the Munroe Center for the Arts.
3. Thrifty Threads: The Lexington Historical Society’s sale of classy and classic gently worn women’s clothing and accessories is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lexington Depot.
