1. Summer Concert Series

Why Go: Last chance to check out the Chamber of Commerce's annual summer concert series.

2. American Red Cross Blood Drive
Where/When: The Grace Chapel Adult Learning Center, 2 Militia Drive, Lexington; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27
Why Go: Because this year's tremendous string of natural disasters, coupled with a sharp drop in summer blood donations, has left our nation’s blood supply critically low.
Pricing: Free

3. Robbins Farm Park Movie Night
Where/When: Robbins Farm Park, 61 Eastern Ave, Arlington; 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug 27
Why Go: The Friends will again present our popular movie night. Light refreshments will be sold.
Pricing: Free

4. "Welcome to Our Home"
Where/When: Orchard House, 399 Lexington Rd, Concord; 4:45 to 5:45 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27
Why Go: It's an interative living history tour of Orchard House with a costumed guide portraying an Alcott family member or one of their famous friends.
Pricing: $12 for adults; $10 for seniors and college kids; $8 for youths ages 6 to 17; $4 for young children and $30 for a family of two adults and up to four youths.

5. Emerging Voices
Where/When: Follen Community Church, 755 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington; 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 28
Why Go: It's the CD release tour for Lexington native Elisabeth Halliday and Zach Herchen. They'll perform pieces commissioned specifically for them. 
Pricing: $10
