The following informaiton was provided by the Lexington Recreaiton Department.

The Lexington Recreation Department will begin selling swim tags for the upcoming season on Monday, March 4.

Lexington residents can purchase swim tags in-person at the Recreation Department Office through Friday, May 31. Residents can also purchase swim tags at the Tennis Booth, which is located at the Irving H. Mabee Town Pool Complex, once it opens for the season on Saturday, May 11.

Non-resident family swim tags will be sold from Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 8 at the Recreation Department Office, which is located on the top floor of the Town Office Building.

Tags will be available for purchase from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day at a cost of $365 per family and are available for purchase only by residents of towns directly abutting Lexington (Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Lincoln, Waltham, Winchester and Woburn).  

Those wishing to purchase swim tags for the 2013 season must show a driver’s license or other proof of residency. No refunds or credits will be given once swim tags are purchased.
