Lexington's 300th: Get You to the Fair On Time

Walk, ride your bike, take a shuttle bus or, if you prefer, drive to the fair.

The following was provided by the Lexington 300th Committee.

The Lexington 300th Committee is expecting an enthusiastic crowd at the Country Fair at Hastings Park next Saturday, Sept. 22. Parking close to the fair will be limited, and we are encouraging everyone to use alternative transportation.

Satellite parking lots with shuttle bus service will be available on a 10- or 20-minute schedule. In addition to satellite parking, a bike corral will be set up close to Hastings Park.  If you prefer to drive, Grace Chapel and St. Brigid’s have graciously allowed us to use their parking lots in addition to other town parking lots. Details about the various alternatives are provided below.  Please note that the Country Fair will be held Rain or Shine.

BIKE CORRAL

Ride your bike to the Country Fair to save gas and time! Instead of parking your car far away from all the events, come by bike and park in the middle of things!  Check your bike at the Bike Corral located in front of the Swimming Pool Complex and stay for the festivities! This valet service made possible by the Friends of Lexington Bikeways and the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike)!
