LexMedia invites all Lexington affiliated non-profit organizations and civic groups to visit our studio for a free video production of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for your organization.

What is a PSA?

A PSA is a simple way to communicate your goals, mission, services, opportunities or needs to the public in a short 30- or 60-second "commercial" in video format.

A PSA typically includes the following information: 

Who: The name of your organization

Why: Mission or goal of organization

What: The services you provide

Contact: Phone, website, for further contact/helping info

The PSAs will be short in length and include basic information. They will not include any time-sensitive content. The goal is to raise your organization's visibility in the community. 

In making the PSA, we can use visuals, still pictures, video, logos, files, props, etc. LexMedia will be consulting with you in the structure, content and timing of your PSA. When completed, LexMedia will play your PSA all year long on LPTV. You will also receive a free copy of the PSA and are free to use it any way you wish.

Please join us Monday, Nov. 15. We will be producing PSAs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the LexMedia studio, located at the Avalon at Lexington Hills apartment complex on Concord Avenue.
