Police Log: A Lost Cabbie and Alleged Road Rage

Friday, March 15
8:37 a.m. – Police responded to a report of illegal dumping on Bedford Street.
9:08 a.m. – A hit-and-run accident was reported on Muzzey Street.
11:40 a.m. – Animal control was notified of a complaint about a loose dog in the area of Woburn Street and Peachtree Road.
1:48 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported in the area of Grant and Sherman streets.
2:31 p.m. – A past hit-and-run accident was reported on Pleasant Street.
6:40 p.m. – A parking complaint came in regarding vehicles parking on both sides of the street in the area of Waltham Street and Brookside Avenue.
Saturday, March 16
12:21 a.m. – A Cambridge cab driver requested police respond to Mass Ave and Pleasant street after his allegedly intoxicated wouldn’t tell him where he lived. The man lived on Lincoln Street, according to the incident report.
11:14 a.m. – Police responded to a reported road rage incident on Lincoln Street after a female driver reported she thought another waved a weapon at her. The woman told police she wasn’t sure about the weapon due to the other driver’s darkly tinted windows, and he was gone on arrive, according to the incident report.
4:53 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic on Concord Ave.
5:41 p.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reported in the area of Bedford Street and Harrington Road.
Sunday, March 17
9:10 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a town bylaw violation involving construction work on Somerset Road.
10:21 a.m. – A passport was reportedly found in the area of Edison Way and Depot Square.
2:49 p.m. – A Leonard Road resident reported a screen was removed from the right side of her home, which she thought was connected with suspicious activity at her home.
4:12 p.m. – Police responded to a reported residential breaking-and-entering on Parker Street.
8:08 p.m. – Police responded to a report of an erratic operator on Woburn Street.
