Police Log: Boston Man Busted for Selling Oxy (Allegedly)

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Dec. 17

2:46 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Old Mass Ave and Marrett Street.

8:48 a.m. – Police responded to Lowell Street for a reported civil dispute over damage to a motor vehicle.

12:02 p.m. –A teenager at Minuteman High School was found to be in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Issued a citation.

8:12 p.m. – A cruiser checked out a report of a car sticking out into the roadway in the area of Adams and East streets.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

8:54 a.m. – Christopher F. Capiau, 27, of 3 Royal Circle, Lexington, was arrested on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for operating under the influence.

4:05 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic disturbance on Vine Street.

7:35 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported in the area of Bedford and Manning streets.

8:04 p.m. – A copper downspout was reportedly stolen from a Moon Hill Road residence.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

10:24 a.m. – Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout with kids inside on Muzzey Street.

11:57 a.m. – Police responded to a domestic dispute on Fairbanks Road.

3:24 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Bedford Street and Simonds Road.

Thursday, Dec. 20

12:18 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a wrong-way driver on Route 128 north.

1:22 p.m. – Police responded to a report of erratic operation of a motor vehicle in the area of Mass Ave and Waltham Street.

1:24 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of a motor vehicle scratched in the area of Grove and Eldred streets.

4:50 p.m. – As a result of an ongoing investigation, Paul T. Koslowski, 30, of 70 Commercial St., Boston, was arrested and charged with three counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing a Class B substance (Oxycodone) and possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

5:16 p.m. – Police responded to a reported civil dispute between a landscaper and homeowner on Carmel Circle.

8:23 p.m. – A Tyler Road resident reported the larceny of packages from the home’s front porch sometime since Dec. 12.
