Police Log: Stolen iPhones, Missing Checks and Misfiring Traffic Lights

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Feb. 4

9:24 a.m. – Police responded to a reported dispute/argument on Middleby Road.

4:31 p.m. – A possible water main break was reported on Baker Avenue.

4:35 p.m. – Police responded to a report of shoplifting on Pleasant Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

8:54 a.m. – Police were notified of a malfunctioning traffic light at the intersection of Lowell and Maple streets.

1:04 p.m. – Police responded to a reported customer dispute on Mass Ave.

3:15 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Old Spring Road.

7:08 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Mass Ave.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

1:41 a.m. – Police responded to a complaint of a vehicle parked in a fire lane on Marrett Road.

9:11 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Mass Ave and Hibbert Street.

9:37 a.m. – A man moving out of Captain Parker Arms reported some documents missing.

1:14 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Bedford Street and Hartwell Avenue.

7:46 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Lincoln Street.

9:45 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street, David Bruce Fish, 30, of 80 Cambridge Street, Woburn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without his license.

Thursday, Feb. 7

6:44 a.m. – A noise complaint came in from Somerset Road.

10:18 a.m. – Police responded to a report of larceny of checks from a building in the area of Laurel and Reed streets.

1:27 p.m. – Police responded to a reported husband-and-wife domestic on Bedford Street.

1:46 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on Bedford Street.

6:30 p.m. – An iPhone was reported stolen from Waltham Street.

9:49 p.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Bedford Street.
