Friends of Cary Memorial Library's Gently Used Book Sales offer donated used books at bargain prices. Profits allow the Friends to provide the community with museum passes, the children's summer reading program, and more. My favorite!

I am a big fan of Breugger's Bagels. Good food, good coffee, decent prices (especially if a member of their club)! They get my vote.
