Each week, we’ll highlight a vacant building, storefront or structure around town. And we’ll leave it you, the Lexington community, to sound off on what you’d like to see there before any plans go before town boards.

This week we’re taking a look at 20 Waltham St., a two-story space Buca di Beppo vacated earlier this year. 

Before Buca it was Vinny Ts operating a restaurant with tables and bars on both floors. This vacanct storefront is surrounded by a restaurants, retail, real estate offices and banks, and is a short walk from the high school, library and town offices complex on Mass Ave. 

What would you like to behind those yellow walls? Is there a void you'd like to see filled? Or perhaps you have some idea of what would compliment existing businesses.
