Where Are Lexington's Most Ignored Stop Signs?
Stop signs are not optional, but they're sometimes treated as if they are.
There are hundreds of stop signs in Lexington, but all too often, they are overlooked when drivers are in a rush.
We have all seen it and probably many would admit of a stop sign roll-through at one point in time.
Do you know of a location where a stop sign is frequently rolled through or ignored?

People blow by them at Hill & Cedar all day long. Occasionally the cops will hang out there and hand out a lot of tickets.

The stop sign where Adams Street intersects Hancock Street is often ignored. We hear horn blasts frequently and have witnessed collisions.

Hill and Cedar. I have come down Cedar or be coming up Paul Revere and seen several near accidents due to people ignoring the stop sign on Hill.

The stop sign entering Depot Square right by "Catch a Falling Star". Talk about a source of a great revenue stream! Would the stop signs nearby on the bike path nearby instructing the cyclists to stop for cars entering the municipal lot be considered or would they be just there for "decorative" purposes. I've never seen a cyclist actually stop for those. I guess they are as effective and decorative as the "No Cycling on the Center Sidewalks" signs in the center!

The stop sign that is on the ramp of route 2W and Waltham st. Honestly, the one opposite from it is a yield sign, why can't this be a yield sign also...
