 the Financial Futures Initiative at ABCD this upcoming tax season to: \n
 &nbsp\;\n\nHelp our Boston residents get free tax preparation assistance
 \nSave thousands of dollars in tax preparation fees\; and\nMake a differ
 ence in their lives.\n\n&nbsp\;\nBy volunteering your time\, you get to 
 \n&nbsp\;\n\nLearn new skills \nMake new friends\; and\nBecome a certifi
 ed IRS tax preparer\n\n&nbsp\;\nThe tax preparation training is free. No
  prior tax experience is needed. Last year we returned over 8.5 million 
 in tax refunds to over 5\,400 taxpayers through the power of volunteers!
  We cannot do it again this season without you!\n&nbsp\;\nAction for Bos
 ton Community Development inc. (ABCD) serves more than 85\,000 low-incom
 e Greater Boston residents annually through its city-wide network. We se
 rve as the largest partner of the Boston Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
  Coalition to provide free electronic tax preparation through the IRS Vo
 lunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.\n&nbsp\;\nFor more informa
