The Accelerated Athlete Program is a summer training program focused on building a foundation of strength and movement for the high school and college athlete. Each athlete taking part in the program will be trained with an emphasis on: flexibility and mobility, strength training, linear and lateral movement, core training techniques and injury prevention.
Program options are either two, three or four training sessions per week.

More About Accelerated Fitness
Accelerated Fitness offers personal training and health consultations. Programs include private and semi-private training, sports conditioning, golf conditioning, nutritional coaching and metabolic conditioning classes. Trainer Rich Ruffing is an NSCA-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and holds certifications in nutrition and functional movement. He aims to help clients tone, strengthen, lose weight and enhance their athletic abilities.
