More About Lexington Venue
Formerly Lexington Flick, this cozy independent theater was recently purchased by a new owner and in March 2010 it was renamed as Lexington Venue. Built in 1915, the theater has recently completed renovations. It includes new seating, and now shows more first-run movies. Lexington Venue is located in the heart of Lexington Center on Massachusetts Avenue. The movie theater recently was used as the backdrop for a scene in the Mark Whalberg film, The Fighter.
