 n&nbsp\;\nSocial thinking is what we do when we interact with people: we
  think about them. And how we think about people affects how we behave\,
  which in turn affects how others respond to us\, which in turn affects
 our own emotions.\nWhether we are in a classroom or the cafeteria\, writ
 ing an email or just spending time with friends\, we take in the thought
 s\, emotions and intentions of the people we are interacting with.&nbsp\
 ; Many of us have developed our social thinking naturally from birth onw
 ards\, steadily observing and acquiring social information and learning
 how to respond to people.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; We usually take it for granted.&
 nbsp\; But for many students\, this process is anything but natural. And
  this often has nothing to do with conventional measures of intelligence
 .&nbsp\;\nA treatment framework and curriculum developed by Michelle Gar
 cia Winner targets improving individual social thinking abilities\, rega
 rdless of diagnostic label.&nbsp\; Come learn how professionals in the L
 exington schools use these methods to build social thinking and related
 skills in students from pre-school to high school.&nbsp\;
