School of Art\, Mumbai in 1985 and settl ed in Pune there after she was chosen to exhibit at the Monsoon Art show as a student in 1984.\n \;She won the Maharashtra State award in 19 81 in the student's category and a National Award of the 'All India Fine Art and Craft Society'\, New Delhi in 1986. Sujata has had 22 shows of her work including shows at Jehangir Art Gallery\, Mumbai\, Ravindra Bha van\, Delhi\, and at Goa\, Hyderabad &\; Pune. She has participated i n several Group Shows.\n \;Sujata has designed and executed 150 mura ls in several mediums for interiors\, exteriors and landscaped areas. Sh e also works as a colour consultant to architects.
