Talking with Kids about Intimacy, Desire, and Sex with Sharon Maxwell, PhD
Do you want to gain insight into how to discuss sex with your child? Do you want to learn how to help them navigate through their childhood in a society which encourages immediate gratification of our desires? Join Sharon Maxwell, awarding-winning author and practicing psychologist, for an interactive talk. Sharon will help explore issues such as the effect of looking sexy, peer pressure, and how to work with the natural force of sexual feelings. And it's never too early to think about how the dynamic in our households around desire and instant gratification effects our children's future choices.
