Traffic Alert: Lexington Roadway to Be Closed Thursday
Plan accordingly when heading out in Lexington.
Beware if you use Hill Street as part of your commute as travel in that area will be delayed on Thursday.
According to a notice on the Town of Lexington website, water crews from the Town will be working on Hill Street during the day on Thursday. The road will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Detours will be posted as follows:
Coming from southwest - Cedar Street to Mass. Avenue to Worthen Road to Bedford Street
Coming from northeast - Bedford Street to Worthen Road to Mass. Avenue to Cedar Street.

Police details will be directing traffic. It is advised drivers seek alternate routes and use caution while traveling through this area.
