Auditions: The Master Singers of Lexington

Do you love to sing? Join us for the 2013-2014 season which includes music of Britten, Puccini, Schumann, Monteverdi, Telemann, Gabrieli, and much more.  Auditions for all interested singers - soprano, alto, tenor and bass – begin on September 3 and include vocalizing, performing a short prepared piece, and sight-reading. For an appointment, call Sue at (781) 863-8245 before 10 pm or email msingers@themastersingers.org. Under the leadership of Adam Grossman, this 30-voice ensemble is noted for inventive programming and compelling performances.  Concerts are performed with chamber orchestra, guest artists, piano, or a cappella.  Soloists are typically drawn from the membership. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights, 7:30-10:00 pm at First Parish Church, 7 Harrington Road, on the Battle Green in Lexington Center, which is convenient to Routes 2, 3, and 128. The church is handicap accessible with ample free parking.
