Lexington Recreation - Zumba and ABS Blast and Stretch Classes

Join the PARTY in this Latin inspired dance/fitness class that takes the work out of working out!  The energizing music uses a variety of Latin, international and pop rhythms, and is so much fun, that the hour is up before you know it!  This cardio/body toning class is very easy to follow and no prior experience is needed.  All ages (13+) and fitness levels are welcome.  Classes will be held September 24 through December 3 at the Hastings School at 6:40 p.m. and ruAnd check out the 30 minute ABS Blast and stretch class following evening Zumba class.  Instructor Jan Swartz is a Lexington resident  and educato.  Jan is Group fitness certified and licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumbatomic and Zumbini.
Contact the Recreation Department at 781-862-0500 ext. 262 to register.  The fee for Zumba only is $129.  Stand alone ABS costs $79.  The fee for the Zumba and ABS combines class is $208.
