You pick how many times per week you'd like to exercise.
All levels of fitness welcome.
Bring your sitter to the park and have your children get fresh air and sunshine while you recharge your batteries.
Attendees should bring yoga mat, jump rope, and hand weights. (If you don’t have these items, please let us know and they will be provided for you.)
All classes are taught by AFAA certified group fitness instructor (and Bridge/Clarke mom) Shannon Amsler, amsler1@comcast.net.
1 day per week - $120.00, 2 days per week $220.00, and 3 days per week - $300.00.
