Steps to Quit Smoking at Mount Auburn Hospital

WHAT:  Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program to help smokers be successful in quitting. This class provides an overview of nicotine’s emotional, social and physical affects.  Whether you have a quit date in mind or just want to better understand what resources are available you will find this class helpful.

The program is taught by a smoking treatment specialist.

WHEN: Tuesdays, September 30th through Nov 4th, 2014
