The Fife and Drum Restaurant and Bakery at Minuteman High School in Lexington are open for business and waiting to welcome you

The Fife and Drum Restaurant and Bakery at Minuteman High School, located at 758 Marrett Road in Lexington, are open for business and waiting to welcome you for a fine dining experience you will never forget!

New expanded hours are 11:30am-1:00pm., open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for a la carte menu. Offerings include homemade soups, freshly composed salads, freshly baked breads and desserts. The menu includes items from land and sea and changes every week.  Prices range from $5.00-8.00. Most entrees include an appetizer.

On Fridays, try the Grand Buffet for $8.50. It always includes a carving station, fresh salad and fruit bar, homemade desserts and rolls. In addition, the buffet usually offers a chicken preparation, fish, vegetables, and starch.

All items are prepared by Minuteman’s outstanding Culinary students and served by superbly-trained Hospitality students, all of whom work together seamlessly to ensure that every guest receives the highest attention to detail and service.  These students are training to meet and exceed customer expectations so that when they are employed in the food service industry after they graduate, they will be accustomed to meeting the loftiest standard of excellence.
