Volunteer for a brain imaging study!

The P.A.I.N Research Group of Boston Children's Hospital is looking for healthy kids and teens to participate in a brain imaging study.

Your child may be eligible if he/she is:

-Healthy

Find out what's happening in Lexingtonwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

-Not currently on and medications or drugs

-School-aged to young-adults

Find out what's happening in Lexingtonwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

-Right-handed

-Does not have any metal implants (e.g. braces and permanent retainers)

-Not claustrophobic

 

Study visits are up to 3 hours long and take place at Boston Children’s Hospital in Waltham.  Parking is free. Volunteers will be compensated for their time and receive a picture of their brain. 

 

By volunteering, participants will be contributing to important medical research on the possible causes of chronic pain in affected children and adolescents.
