Lexington Man Makes Big Find with Metal Detector
Check out what was found near a Lexington school.
A Lexington man recently made a big find while out using his metal detector.
Curtis Massey, of Lexington, posted on Metaldector.com that while detecting near a Lexington school he came upon a nice treasure.
Massey said in the post that he almost ignored the beep of his detector, figuring the find would turn out to be nothing more than another tab from a can. However, he decided to do some digging and it turns out he was lucky to follow that impulse.
He pulled a 14 Karat gold chain with a diamond pendant out of the ground.
