Doug Wamble Performs with LHS Jazz Ensembles

Make today your lucky day and enjoy music performed by Lexington High School’s award winning jazz ensembles and guest artist Doug Wamble.

Wamble, a jazz guitarist, vocalist and composer, grew up in Memphis and made his way to New York City. Wamble has played alongside jazz greats Wynton and Branford Marsalis and Cassandra Wilson. He has played with pop icons Norah Jones and Courtney Love and has composed for Ken Burns’ productions of “The Tenth Inning” and “Prohibition”.

The LHS Jazz Combo, Septet, Big Band and Jazz Ensemble will play this evening.
