Lexington Company Receives Mass Life Sciences Center Tax Award

Quanterix Corporation is based on Hartwell Avenue.

Lexington-based Quanterix Corporation, a high definition diagnostics development company, is one of 33 recipients of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center tax awards.

The program offers up to $25 million in tax incentives each year for “companies engaged in life science research and development, commercialization and manufacturing, and is designed to incentivize Massachusetts life science companies to create new jobs,” according to Quanterix, which is located on Hartwell Avenue.

“We are honored to be a repeat winner of the Mass Life Sciences Center awards,” said Paul Chapman, President and CEO of Quanterix. “This award validates the exciting work Quanterix is doing with our ground-breaking ultrasensitive Simoa technology, and we are very appreciative of the MLSC support for the opportunity it provides us to further accelerate our strategy execution. It is particularly timely considering we are now in full commercial launch phase and are expanding our operations accordingly.”
