Are you in the mood for a new outfit or some snazzy accessories? This week, Frugal Family scoured local stores to come up with great deals on clothing and beauty that will perk up your spirits as you patiently wait for the warmer, sunnier days ahead.

1. 1656 Massachusetts Ave.
Deal: Waterproof, wrinkle-free Mycra Pac raincoats that fold into a matching tote (with reversible fabrics so you get two coats in one) in green, black, black with red dots and lilac-blue for $170.

Deal: Free $10 top with $20 purchase.
Good through: The end of the week.

3. 1646 Massachusetts Ave.
Deal: Sale rack contains clothing that may have been used for a photo shoot or is slightly unfinished such as a Betsy Johnson cocktail dress (size 4) for $48.

Deal: Estate jewelry such as watches and rings for fair and reasonable prices.
