“Many tech firms are weighing the benefits of relocating outside of the city to capitalize on competitive rental rates and a better quality of life, without sacrificing proximity to Cambridge and Boston’s unrivaled cluster of businesses, schools and hospitals,” said Hanna. “Sekisui Diagnostics is a leader in the global diagnostics industry, and we hope to partner with the firm on future expansions as it continues to succeed and grow in Massachusetts.”
