The Colonial Inn also picked up a vote in the comment section, where Patch user Jonathan Doran offered a bit of etiquitte advice to boot.

"Mother's Day brunch should be a special occasion, children should be bathed and dressed appropriately for Mother's Day at the Colonial In," Doran wrote. "Ettiquette and behavior and all that should be father's responsibility before hand, not left to when at the table. Be respectful of mother and the other mothers at surrounding tables. Lessons learned early in life are lasting ones or Mother's Day just become another day."

Lexx got a nod in the comments as well, though Patch user Julie Duncan said it can't compare to breakfast at home.

"The best brunch I ever had was in my own home - food was only OK, but watching my kids maneuver in the kitchen was priceless," Ducan wrote. "If you need a location others can enjoy - Lexx is a family favorite."
