Neerja Kalloo Joins Citizens Bank in Lexington as Branch Manager
Citizens Bank has named Neerja Kalloo the Branch Manager of the Citizens Bank located at 1776 Massachusetts Avenue.
As the branch’s “chief customer officer,” Kalloo is responsible for consumer and small business lending, business development, managing branch colleagues and overseeing day-to-day operations at the branch serving customers throughout Lexington.
“We are pleased to name Neerja as our new branch manager, given her extensive expertise, personal commitment to customers and knowledge of the local community,” said Michelle Arsenault, Citizens Bank Regional Manager. “Neerja’s ability to really focus on the needs of her customers will make her a great branch manager.”
