The library, located on Mass Ave in Lexington Center, edged out the town's historic houses in this week's , tallying nine of the 27 votes cast. The historic houses -- including the , and -- earned second place with six votes.
Other places receiving votes included Minute Man National Historical Park (3), (3), the Liberty Ride (2), (1), the (1) and the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln (2).
