A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on Dec. 20 in Lexington.

1. #Cards4Nathan: In case somehow you haven't heard, hundreds of area police officers -- including five from Lexington -- are in Virgina today after caravanning down from Burlington to deliver cards, gifts and well wishes to Nathan Norman, a young boy who -- as reported on New Milford Patch -- was diagnosed with brain cancer three years ago and who loves police and firefighters.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include LexHAB at 7 a.m. on Militia Drive, the Retirement Board at 8 a.m. at Cary Library, the LABBB Collaborative's Board of Directors at 9 a.m. at the district's central offices on Maple Street, the Communications Advisory Committee at 6:30 p.m. at Cary Hall and the Lexington Housing Partnership at 7:30 p.m. at Cary Hall.

3. Lexington Toastmasters Weekly Meeting: It'll be held at 12 p.m. today at Cambridge Savings Bank.

4. Like Us on Facebook: For even more information and engagement, like Lexington Patch on Facebook. Over there, we'll be asking questions, looking for feedback and continuing the conversation with the Lexington community. See you soon!

5. Sunny Day, Sloppy Night: Should be a mostly sunny day, with a high of 40, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts likely sleet and rain overnight with a low of 36.
