1. : The Lexington Recreation, Human Services, Police, Fire and other Town Departments will hold their annual Summer Fun Fest from 6 to 8:30 p.m. this evening at the . Evening activities include a D.J., games, dances and swimming, plus the Irving Mabee Pool Complex will be open free of charge from 7 to 8:30 p.m. 

2. : The 's eighth annual Summer Fair -- featuring original art and crafts created by more than 40 artists from LACS' ceramics, painters, polymer-clay and beaders, needle arts, decorative arts, photography, woodworkers and metalworkers guilds -- is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 to 4 p.m. on Sundays, through Aug. 11.
