1. Marrett Square Sold: As Boston Business Journal reported a few weeks ago, Stone River Properties LLC purchased the Marrett Square building last month for $2.52 million. Located at the corner of Waltham Street and Marrett Road, the shopping center is home to , and , among others.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Greenway Corridor Committee at 8:30 a.m. at ; the Commission on Disability at 5:45 p.m. at the ; the Permanent Building Committee at 7 p.m. at the ; the Historic District Commission at 7 p.m. at Cary Hall and the Appropriation Committee at 7:30 p.m. at Cary Hall.

3. Lexington Toastmasters Weekly Meeting: It's at 12 p.m. this afternoon at Cambridge Savings Bank on Mass Ave in Lexington Center.
