Learn the Art of Middle Eastern Cuisine

Award Winning Chef Ana Sortun will bestow the Culinary Skills of Sofra Bakery and Cafe through Spring.

Treat yourself to a sweet escape at Sofra in Cambridge. The cozy café, known for modern interpretations of Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cuisine, is offering spring baking and cooking classes with award-winning chef and co-founder Ana Sortun.

The classes share some of the restaurant's secrets, specifically, the April 25 class gives participants a lesson on spice blends that make dishes like lamb kefta, cheese puffs with Persian spiced carrot jam and roasted chicken with pistachio baharat memorable and keep food lovers coming back to the Arabic inspired café.
