Did You Catch Lexington Native Rachel Dratch on SNL?

Sully and Denise returned to SNL on Saturday, Dec. 17 as Lexington native Rachel Dratch joined guest host Jimmy Fallon for the cold open.

With Jimmy Fallon guest hosting, it was a given that Saturday Night Live would open with a few familiar faces. And one of them may have been even more familiar in these parts as Lexington-native Rachel Bratch joined Fallon in bringing the "Boston Teens" back to SNL.

The familiar characters Denise "Zazou" McDonough and Pat "Sully" Sullivan were back at their old stomping grounds, trying to sneak into "the Shawsheen VoTech Winter Formal" to recreate their second date.

According to HuffPo Comedy:

The couple, now married with kids, have changed in few other ways: they're still loud and love Nomar, their friend Tommy still makes videos of them, they're still wild about each other, and they still make out like buried treasure lies at the back of each other's throats.

While they'll never forget Nomaaah, they also joke about a Pet Smart replacing the patch of grass where they had their first date and being among the 99 percent at Occupy Boston.

So, with that in mind, we want to know, Did you catch Lexington native Rachel Dratch on SNL this past Saturday? If so, what'd you think? Take our poll or let us know in the comments section below.

I rarely scream with delight, but I was just losing it when the sketch started the show. It was fabulous to see the townies (and let's not forget Amy Poehler, another local fave) on the show with REAL Boston-area accents!
