Baryshnikov and Kyra Nichols.” 

Madhavi Mudgal is a
leading exponent of the Odissi form of Classical Indian dance. She embodies the
blending of modern sensibilities with the ancient ethos of performing arts from
India into the highly lyrical dance art of Odissi. Madhavi has received
critical acclaim across the world for her choreographic works, as well as
making a mark in international dance scene as a soloist and a master
choreographer.
