Blue Christmas: A Service of Hope and Healing for the Holiday Season

The Christmas season is a time of joy and hope. But for many people who are dealing with the recent death of a loved one, separation or divorce, unemployment, depression, or family crisis, the Christmas season can be lonely and overwhelming. Blue Christmas is a nontraditional service that acknowledges the pain, and offers hope to those who are stressed or hurting during this holiday season. All are welcome and encouraged to bring friends or family members that may be going through difficult times.   This service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Courtyard Hall at Grace Chapel, 59 Worthen Road, Lexington.
