Let Your Yoga Dance® evolved from DansKinetics, a form of mind-body dance that began @ Kripalu in 1978. A Let Your Yoga Dance® class is a funky, fun, wild and sacred time that combines movement, breath, yoga, dance and music, all focused on exercising subtle energies in the body that influence our sense of well-being, ease and peace. This joyful experience energizes and balances mind, body, heart and spirit. It’s a great workout that’s good for all parts of you!! Funky, playful, wild and gentle. All in one user-friendly class. No prior experience with yoga or dance necessary.
