Lexington Education Foundation Global Treasures Multicultural Bazaar

Lexington Education Foundation will hold its second annual Global Treasures Multicultural Bazaar on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Cary Memorial Hall, 1605 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, 2:30PM to 8:00PM.  This event will celebrate Lexington’s diverse student population and promote awareness of LEF’s work supporting teacher initiatives in our schools.

Come to Global Treasures and shop for unique gifts, sample multicultural cuisine, and enjoy a variety of performances from around the world.   There will be fun crafts to keep little ones engaged, and parents can learn about local educational and summer programs offered around town.   Finally, families will enjoy art and history demonstrations by LEF grant recipients who were awarded study programs in Africa, Korea, and India.

A full list of vendors and schedule of performers will be available on the LEF website at lexedfoundation.org.
