A true dance sampler blending Ballet, Jazz & Cardio Dance...circuit style!

We all know about group circuit training classes, they mostly include stability balls, push ups, crunches and weights…NOT AT iDANCE BOSTON!

You will work on a variety of ballet and jazz technique as you make your way from the barre to the centre to across the room, ending with an upbeat cardio workout. The instructor will correct your technique as necessary.

The result is a full body workout that also teaches you ballet & jazz technique to please your inner dancer.

A sample class will cover the following...
~ 2 songs at the Barre "station" including warm-up, plie, tendu, dégagés, battements, rond de jambe, and other ballet technique and stretches
~ 1 song centre "station" Ballet technique such as pirouettes and little jumps
~ 1 song across the floor Ballet technique such as leaps and turns
~ 1 song across the floor Jazz technique such as jazz walks, jazz drags and movement sequences
~ 1 song centre "station" Jazz technique such as ball change, undulations, rolls, and fan kicks
~ 2 songs centre "station" of instructor led Jazz movement
~ 3 songs of upbeat cardio aerobic dance

This class is open to everyone and allows you to work at your own level. It's a dancer's boot camp!
