Jewel Tones – Metalworkers and Weavers Guilds

Jewel Tones, an exciting exhibit at the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society.

The Metalworkers and the Weavers’ Guilds have collaborated
to present an exhibit  which
promises to satisfy your wish to see aesthetically satisfying and imaginative
works of art and craft.  Both
Guilds have prepared pieces reflecting     color, weave and tapestry, including a variety of items
produced jointly. 



Please join us for the formal opening reception on Sunday,
March 23.  The program will start
at 2 pm and feature our guest speaker Munya Avigail Upin speaking on “The
History of Weaving in Contemporary Metals”. Following her talk, guests are
welcome to enjoy the exhibit and refreshments from 3-5 pm.
