A mindful yoga to increase body awareness and a comfort within one's self. Based on Kripalu style yoga teachings of compassion, this yoga helps to bring your body, mind and spirit into harmony. Karen makes this class accessible for all levels and provides modifications to meet individual needs. Join as we stretch and strengthen followed by a deep relaxation; leave feeling invigorated and restored.
