Make checks payable to Minuteman with “Minuteman Hall of Fame” on the
memo line and mail to: Minuteman Hall of Fame, c/o Sandy Lambrinos, 758 Marrett
Road, Lexington MA 02421.  List all the
members of your party and include the inductee’s name for proper seating
arrangements.  There will be no tickets
issued; a checklist of prepaid attendees will be at the door at the Crestview
for check-in.
