Old Fashioned 4th of July with Lexington Historical Society

Return to 1776 and hear Lexington's minister, the Reverend Jonas Clarke (aka the Reverend Peter Meek), read the Declaration of Independence. Lexington citizen Levi Mead (aka Sam Doran) will read the Lexington Declaration, and there will be a British response from Colonel Francis Smith (aka Paul O'Shaughnessy). Free and open to the public. Old fashioned ice cream floats featuring Candy Castle ice cream available at $2/each. Fun and informative for the whole family! For more information, visit the Lexington Historical Society website at www.lexingtonhistory.org or call 781-862-1703.
