Opal Ensemble Friday noon concert

Opal Ensemble performs a lunchtime concert of virtuosic works from the 19th, 20th and 21st century. The newly named trio is Todd Brunel, clarinet; Anne Black, viola; Paul Carlson, piano.

They'll be playing Focal Point by Lexington composer Pamela Marshall, which she wrote for the Opal Ensemble. Plus music by "Black Birds, Red Hills" by Libby Larsen, "Trio" by Jean Francaix, selections from "Eight Pieces" by Max Bruch
